Class Outline:

Celebrate spooky season with a fun and creative family-friendly pottery workshop! Over 1.5 hours, our friendly tutor will guide young makers and their grown-ups through the process of hand-building their own decorative clay pumpkins. Suitable for ages 6+, with no previous pottery experience needed.

Each participant will make up to two unique small-to-medium pumpkins, learning simple techniques to shape and personalise their creations. There’ll be plenty of opportunity to get creative and give each pumpkin its own character and style.

Choose from a selection of glaze colours for the final finish. We’ll leave the stalks unglazed to highlight the natural clay, creating a lovely contrast with the glossy glaze. Once glazed and fired, your pumpkins will be ready for collection three weeks after the workshop.

A fun, relaxed way to spend some time together and get into the Halloween spirit!

Please note: Any workshops after the 5th October are not guaranteed back in time for Halloween.
