Add a personal, artistic touch to your home this season with our festive Craft & Sip workshop. In this creative session, you’ll design and make a bespoke ceramic door number or name plaque, exploring decorative techniques such as monoprinting with ceramic underglaze paints and etching.

Over two relaxed hours, you’ll discover how to work with clay slabs, painting your own designs onto plaster or newsprint before carefully transferring them onto your tile. From there, you can experiment with sgraffito tools to etch patterns and details, or add depth and colour using underglaze paints and clay.

Guided step by step by your instructor, you’ll learn how to shape, arrange, and embed coloured clays to bring your chosen number or name to life. With endless creative possibilities, your finished piece will be a truly unique expression of your style—ready to take pride of place on your front door.

Once crafted, your plaque will be carefully dried, fired, and finished with a clear glaze to make it durable and weatherproof, while showcasing the vibrant clay patterns you designed. Pieces will be ready for collection around three weeks after the workshop.

No previous pottery experience is needed – just bring your creativity and favourite drink, and enjoy a cosy, social evening making something truly one-of-a-kind. Perfect for your own home or as a personalised gift!
